You cannot sponsor on some future job prospect, or family allowance. Manila sometimes allows co-sponsors for the K-1, but it depends on the situation. It is all up to the CO to decide if they think the foreign fiance(e) will become a public charge once in the US.

If you have been residing in the Philippines, then why not marry there and do DCF(direct consular filing)? With a spousal visa, you would be able to use a joint sponsor for the I-864. It can be anyone that is a US citizen or legal permanent resident with residence in the US. You would also need to provide evidence of US domicile. You can research what you need to prove that.
