I know this is off topic but I was just wondering... If I'm a pregnant us citizen and my husband is the immigrant, can I bring his in laws here to live even tho he's not yet a us citizen? He and his cousin keep saying I can but I'm pretty sure I can't.

hi

nope as others have said, once your husband is a USC, he can file for parents

he will need proof of being a USC and birth certificate to prove relationship to parent. if he wants to petition both parents, petitions are filed separately, so he will need 2 of everything, including copies of birth certificate to prove he is their child
