Problems with the barcodes

I've been able to generate the barcodes but when i try to copy and paste to the AOS fee bill for example, it wont show up. I've had to use Paste Special in Word for it to show up. Another thing, when i paste it to the AOS fee bill in the same location of the old barcode, the new one ends up on the next page. if i do backspace it goes up to the first page but it doesn't seem like it's in the EXACT place the other one was. Does it have to be EXACTLY in the same spot or can it be a little off? also, does it matter if the barcode is sent with the words "Powered by ID Automation.com"below it?

The bar code can be a little off. Save it in paint then crop it to get rid of the words "Powered by ID Automation.com".

If you are really not confidant you can generate it yourself correctly, it is better you wait for it in the mail. My AOS fee bill came in the mail 2 days after I had mailed my self-generated one off.

Well, everybody's little sceptical first, but in here around say 4 out of 5 people generate their own barcodes and I've never heard a single case so far to whome it wouldn't have worked . We did it ourselves two times, so far all good .

I used James' shortcuts for everything except the DS-230 due to timing issues. I followed his instructions step by step and evreything worked perfectly.

I used James Shortcut 100%. I was one of the skeptical one, but you have to really practice playing with the barcode until you are confident enough.

I copied the barcode then pasted it on MS Paintbrush, erased the idmation.com below the barcode, copied it then pasted it on the AOS fee bill. Don't worry too much if the size is a little off, as long as you have the right barcode you should be ok.

All my barcodes were a little larger than the ones sent in the mail.

I had no problems. Barcode scanning is pretty tolerant of size. Also, the doublecheck is always the case number. Don't fear. Everything is manual behind closed doors! Well that's my strong opinion. :-)
