Not sure how many times people need to see failed attempts like this on the news to understand involving police in situations like this may make things a lot worse or deadly. Bugging out on synthetic Marijuana leads to death by tazer. They should have just drove him to a hospital.

I just saw this on the news and the bodycam shows that his mom called 911 and then she is in the car, and she looks at the cops with a stern glare, and says "don't you shoot him." Then they pin him and announce that he is not a threat, but continue to tase him for the hell of it. Horrible, with his mom watching the whole time.

What sort of MJ was this?

Synthetic. The news tells me these drugs are very very bad. Bad in the way that meth and krokodil are bad.

We had a friend's nephew do that . ICU for three days and respiratory arrest. Kid almost died. Unfortunately the kid in this video was not so lucky.

I have lived in GA 54 years. Never been tasedited, shoot etc. Of course ga can be dangerous, just stay out of the gang infested areas like Terminus

That is absolutely heartbreaking and horrific. Bad choices or not, no one deserves to die that way.

Quick Google, OK bad news, causes psychotic episodes especially if you have such a disposition, not sure about the having taken it prior to going on Holiday, and obviously his parents were aware as he could not take the second leg of the flight.

Should they not have sort treatment then?

In retrospect, I suppose, but also seems somewhat reasonable to just watch him while he comes down. She obviously didn't expect him to freak out like that. Either way, he didn't deserve to die. He was incapacitated so there was no need to keep tasing.

Someone on the police even joked afterwards "oops, I'm fired."
