Greetings.

I am indian and have been married to US citizen and in june 2016 we will celebrate our second wedding anniversary. We live in KSA. I have not filed the application until now and planning to do it after our anniversary. Here is the twist, I had b1-b2 for last 10 yrs and its expiring in july 2016. Another news is that my husband (the US citizen ) is going to join in a new job in US. So, We are going to US and he will stay back but I will have to come back. After filing the application what are my options to lawfully go back to US. I have a clean record of b1-b2 with every visit. Thank you for your guidance in advance.

Thanks for the reply. All the abreviations are jargons for me, so, I have to learn the full forms of these. My b1-b2 visa is still valid until july end without disclosing anything I can just visit as tourist. I will exit US in the first week of July. So, I have no plans to dodge any one. My question is how Or on which visa I can apply to enter united states shen my immigration application will be still pending.

thanks.

Thank you so much for your input. I have been reading saveral posts thanks to vj members for sharing. I came to know that my husband can file i-130 by direct counselor filing at lical office and mention the exceptional situation as relocation at short notice. Did any vj members can shed more light on this? Thanks for your input in advance.

It wasn't your post that was removed. Someone who responded to you must have mentioned something that is not permitted. Your posts are absolutely fine. We can see you want to enter legally.

The embassy in Saudi Arabia does not offer consular filing. You must send the petition to Chicago. Your husband will return and start his job and you will wait at home for your application to be approved. The whole process takes about a year.
