Hello Ppl,

i have received a letter form the embassy for my interview.

i am bit confused as the letter has asked me to get the Wedding Pictures and my original Birth Certificate.

but my wife has already submitted all the Original to the NVC and i only have the copies of the Docs now.

On top of it, we do not have any Picture of our Wedding as it was a Court Marriage but we do have hundreds of Casual Pictures together, when we were together and now even all the Pictures that we share on Wtsapp.

i am bit confused about the pictures and the originals as i dont have any.

also let me know what else can i take along to prove this relation.

waiting eagerly for your responses.

Thanks

Hi there

Congrats with approval and good luck with interview!

Can you scan and upload the letter? Is it custom or just the letter they send to everyone? If you don't have wedding pics coz it was at court house, maybe you can just show them marriage certificate?

About birth certificate. Are you from USA or another country? If you're not from USA, it's important that you give them birth certificate.

Is your birth certificate on file with the Union Councel or court house if it is then go get another from them. The embassy lost my husbands birth certificate and asked for another one. He was able to get another official one. His visa was issued soon after they got it.
