Most cases go to AP they check you out and if you clear they will give you your visa...its not only arabic people or countries I belive AP goes to all high fraud or high risk countries or for anyone not looking up to par...

AP is for anyone coming from a high fraud country or if the CO feels a person needs to be investigated further. Morocco happens to be a MENA country and MENA countries are known for high fraud....So yes men from Morocco are more tha likely to end up in AP it is just extra background checks. It has nothing to do with being from Arab countries.
