My husband and I finalized all the paperwork on January 20, 2016 he received his fingerprint interview and attended on February 22, 2016 now we're just waiting. Anyone else ? hi I sent ours in March but it looks like they are very behind because on their website it says they are currently working on November 16, 2015, but I have seen others who sent theirs in Dec/Jan/Feb and have already been approved and some already have their visa. I look at others cases to guide me on the time it takes, but it looks like at this point their is no rhyme or reason as to which dates they are processing

8/2013~~~ Petitoned for I-130

4/2014~~~ Approved

~~Waited to see if Obama would make any changes/DAPA~~

3/2015~ notified NVC to keep i-130 active

3/17/2016~Submitted DS-260

3/30/2016~DS-260 Scan date

3/31/2016~ Submitted I-601A/Notified NVC

4/05/2016~NVC notified me they are reviewing case, but will wait on I-601A to schedule interview

4/27/2016~Biometrics for I-601A

**With in the gap that we waited we made sure to keep in contact with NVC. I-130 dates may be slighly different I don't have the info at the moment.

Hi Mpadilla! Our i601A waiver was received on Jan 19, 2016, and biometrics were done on Feb. 17, 2016. We still havent heard anything as of yet, and its been 4 months now :( . I'm also registered on immigrate2us, and there are other members still waiting from Jan, some from Dec. You've seen other 1601A filers from Dec-Feb with approvals already? They are definitely backed up in processing cases. This whole process is very frustrating and stressful, hang in there!! Wishing you good luck!!!

yes i am also registered on i2us and have seen a few people that sent their waiver between nov-jan and the have been approved already but theres others who have not been approved it is very frustraiting because you really can't base your application on others timelines and you can't prepare as well as you would like. :protest: goodluck to everyone

My husband and I finished all of our paperwork in December they recieved everything on December 23, 2015 according to our receipt, than a week later we got the letter for the biometrics with appt. Date Jan. 28th . I kept checking online and no results i even called the customer service number and still nothing they are really behing it seems, but last week we got our letter and it was APPROVED. The online search still comes up as pending so its not really reliable. Hang in there good luck! Now I am inpatient about the NVC finalizing the case so we could get our interview date.

I guess all of us waiting have to vigilantly check the mailbox every day for a letter; since they are not updating the case status online or over the automated phone line. Lately I cant sleep well at night, anticipating a response... :clock: which I hope is soon, and very soon for everyone waiting as well. There is no rhyme or rhythm with the processing time, but it appears that many early and late Dec cases have received their responses in May (just from my own observation from others who were approved recently, mainly were Dec filers, but I'm sure there are others from Dec still waiting as well) Hopefully and I pray that this month will bring lots of good news and relief to many of us waiting. The USCIS processing time table should be updated again next week... lets all hope they are moving along more quickly! God bless everyone and hang in there!!!!

Just to update, after waiting almost 5 months for our I-601A waiver, it was approved yesterday on June 17th!!! We received a text message as well as an e-mail alerting that our case was approved. For anyone still waiting for an answer, there is definitely a delay in the cases being processed, but rest assured you will hear something soon. Wishing everyone approvals and the best of luck!!! God bless everyone!
