On April 27, 2016 we had a case change saying a new card was being produced. 3 weeks later we still have no card. Is this happening to anyone else? Are they taking longer than usual?

Earlier this year USCIS floated a proposal to eliminate 90 day processing of EADs, don't know the outcome: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/586240-uscis-proposes-removal-of-90-day-processing-time-for-eads/page-2#entry8018146
