The OP is asking about what to send with the I-129F petition. The requirements for the I-129F petition do not vary by consulate/country. They are all the same. The OP is not at the consulate stage yet.

 Thank you. I did miss his time line. :bonk: I-129f is not different for any Embassy as it is for USCIS processing and like you said it's no different.

If you read the instructions for the I129f form, there are no longer any words requiring wet signatures. They say just to be able to produce the originals if requested.

I had my fiance scan both.

I haven't ever seen an RFE on here for wet signatures...

"Copies. Unless specifically required that an original document be filed with an application or petition, a legible

photocopy may be submitted. Original documents submitted when not required may remain a part of the record, and will

not be automatically returned to you."

Bottom of page 1 of the instructions for I-129f.

Links to any recent RFEs within the last couple years?

#121 it's been a while, but this is the one we know of. I'm just the type of person that would rather be safe than sorry. I'd rather not take a chance on it, whether it's been a recent RFE or in the past.

And that is your prerogative, but there is a reason there have not been any in the last 3 years. You said people do get RFEs for wet signatures. That is why I asked for links to any RFEs in the last couple years. I know people used to get them years in the past, but things change. The form and instructions changed in June 2013. They do not currently ask for 'an original statement'. They simply ask for evidence that could be a statement of intent. There have not been any recent RFEs for original signatures, so I would not say people do get them, but people used to get them back when there was a different version of the form. > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/596565-copy-or-original-documents/#entry8150440

Is there a way for my fiancee to fill all the required forms online and save as pdf files which she could email to me?

Or at least use forms to ensure clarity and then print them?

Is there a way to do electronic signatures so forms don't need to be shipped overseas?

Yes all the forms are online at the USCIS website. Your fiancee can complete them online but must print them out and sign them, then the originals must be sent to you... can not be emailed.
