dr_lha,

Au contraire - a CBP agent at a US POE will make it crystal clear if a K1 who married within 90 days has not filed for adjustment within 180 days of of the expiration of the I-94, has left the USA for a trip abroad, and requests to re-enter. (Advance parole or not.)

"See you again in 3 years."

Exactly where did I suggest you can travel on a K-1? K-1 is a one way visa.

*winks*

dr_lha,

You didn't. Neither did I.

The issue is how clear it is that a K1 accumulates time out of status if they married within 90 days but did not apply to adjust status until after 90 days.

Yodrak, you're quoting a post that I deleted, but rebeccajo was kind enough to quote before I got to deleting it. The reason I deleted it is that I took back what I said.
