Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean Boller spoke out on Hannity tonight about how the New York Times used a passage from her memoir to further their attack on Donald Trump.

Boller said that she was approached by the Times back in March about Trump and told them that they weren't going to get anything negative out of her.

"They weren't really happy with that," she said. "And so, I basically wouldn't give them a story and now they came out with their own version of it, and took something out of my book and just totally twisted it and made it so negative. And I have nothing but positive things to say about Donald Trump."

She said she came on Hannity's show because she was fed up with the media distorting things for their own agenda.

The liberal elite ... know that the people simply cannot be trusted; that they are incapable of just and fair self-government; that left to their own devices, their society will be racist, sexist, homophobic, and inequitable -- and the liberal elite know how to fix things. They are going to help us live the good and just life, even if they have to lie to us and force us to do it. And they detest those who stand in their way."

Here is what the times did, it characterized here as being surprised that Mr. Trump personally evaluated the women in rehearsal, and the behavior is something that Trump now says he regrets, Carries quotes are from her book in context, the reader can decide if they agree with Trump, that his behavior was creepy

His level of involvement in the pageants was unexpected, and his judgments, the contestants said, could be harsh. Carrie Prejean, who was 21 when she participated in the Miss USA contest in 2009 as Miss California, was surprised to find Mr. Trump personally evaluating the women at rehearsal. “We were told to put on our opening number outfits — they were nearly as revealing as our swimsuits — and line up for him onstage,” she wrote in her memoir, “Still Standing.”

Donald Trump walked out with his entourage and inspected us closer than any general ever inspected a platoon. He would stop in front of a girl, look her up and down, and say, “Hmmm.” Then he would go on and do the same thing to the next girl. He took notes on a little pad as he went along. After he did this, Trump said: “O.K. I want all the girls to come forward.” …

Donald Trump looked at Miss Alabama.

“Come here,” he said.

She took one more step forward.

“Tell me, who’s the most beautiful woman here?”

Miss Alabama’s eyes swam around.

“Besides me?” she said. “Uh, I like Arkansas. She’s sweet.”

“I don’t care if she’s sweet,” Donald Trump said. “Is she hot?” …

It became clear that the point of the whole exercise was for him to divide the room between girls he personally found attractive and those he did not. Many of the girls found the exercise humiliating. Some of the girls were sobbing backstage after he left, devastated to have failed even before the competition really began to impress “The Donald.”

–Carrie Prejean, 2009 Miss California USA

Mr. Trump, in an interview, said he would “never do that.” Such behavior, he said, would bruise egos and hurt feelings. “I wouldn’t hurt people,” he said. “That’s hurtful to people.”

Another example of a woman suddenly remembering that she feels different about an event that she purposefully put into print and did not mince words at the time how she actually felt, and that the Times merely reposted as an example of a pattern of behavior. And now, suddenly, she feels the need to go on Fox News, to tell the world she totally didn't mean what she said before that we can clearly see she meant what she said. Did he call CNN again to make sure they took note of the shilling?

I got you. It's the gospel when a gossip rag prints it, when it slams Trump. Means nothing when the person says it was not accurate. I am sure it would be opposite had she been pro Trump and said it wasn't true.

This is not from the NYT, Globe and Mail, WSJ or National Inquirer. This was from Ms Prejeans book:

So was she telling the truth when she published her book or was she just trying to make a quick buck?

Wow asked a girl who she thought was the prettiest in the room . That's some nasty scandalous stuff right there. Asking them to wear an outfit they picked out to be on TV in front of millions. How dare he.

Getting oral sex from vulnerable interns and exposing yourself to Paula Jones is nothing compared to such leachorus activity. Impeached, losing your law license. Settling lawsuits is nothing compared to that.

I know you want to deflect from the question, but Ms Prejean says that the NY Times twisted her story, we literally pasted the paragraphs that was 3/4 her verbatim text and ask the question "what was twisted?" Trump now regrets his behavior...it is part of an overall narrative that is up to the reader to decide.

Again what was twisted? It is her own words
