Looking at the NVC guide it says to attach the "-Bar-coded cover sheet from payment portal" in the IV packet list.

What does that cover page look like because the one I have printed says AOS on it.

here is what I have:

1. "Document cover sheet" listing items that pertain to the AOS packet. It has a checlist of enclosed/unavailable/NA items

2. NVC welcome letter (PAOSF) this has a barcode on it, so i figure id include it on this list even if i dont think it goes anywhere.

3. affidavit of support invoice fee

if anyone could lead me in the right direction here please, i dont want to forget a cover sheet ha

Hi

When I did mine...I just put the document sheet on the top like the letter they gave me said.

The welcome letter is for your records you don't need to add that.

You don't need the affidavit invoice fee.

On the document sheet. .whatever is applicable to you you need to tick off and send ...also If you have a sponsor you need to send 2 I 864 form plus the docs for each person that sign the i864..

Then pic, marriage certificate, police record for the application from all the places they have been and stayed for at least 6 months ....

Ready the ez guide that the provide on this site.....it help me soon much ...it will help you I'm sure

Include the Document Cover Sheet (DCS) that came in the NVC Welcome email.

The individual DCS for each packet can be found on the payment portal where you logged in to pay the AOS and IV fees. it's on the receipt tab for each, If I remember correctly.

You don't need to send them back the welcome letter. Just the DCS that came with it that has the 3 columns that say Enclosed/Unavailable/NA.

You don't need to send the AOS invoice fee. keep the receipt for your own records.

When I sent mine, I put it in this order:

DCS that came in the NVC Welcome letter (the one with the 3 columns)

AOS DCS

all documents for AOS as listed in the order given in the NVC welcome letter DCS.

one binder clip to keep this packet together.

IV DCS.

all documents for IV as listed in the order given in the NVC welcome letter DCS.

one binder clip to keep this packet together.

Then one big binder clip to keep both packets together.

put all into one Manilla envelope. ( didn't fold the documents). On the back of the envelope, write Case number

put manila envelope in the FedEx package to overnight.

Good luck!
