Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. What does it mean? Denied/Approved or i must wait till they make a decision? Why they stated No time to response back?

Any Help please?

You aren't denied or approved they just want additional evidence from you which will be explained in the letter they send you and then you just mail it back and they will work on your again to see if you get approved or not

How long does it take USCIS To Adjudicate such Case?

My REF Was

1-REQUIREMENT THAT PETITIONER AND BENEFICIARY HAVE MET IN PERSON.

2-Beneficiary's intent to marry you in the United States.

3-Last Personal Meeting..

4-Circumstance of Meeting.

I sent them the following stuff.

2 letters of intent, my fiance has signed one with blue ink and shipped it back from Lebanon to U.S with libonpost and receipt

few pages of my passport included biographic page also pages with stamps and date of my entry to Lebanon on January 2016. and also when we first met, August 2015 ( i did not highlight the stamps

Boarding passes from last visit January, 2016 till march 4, 2016. 3 pages of each month with different dates. and also text/calls from the first time we start talking Which was back in August 2015.

10 pages of whats-app chat/calls and Viber as well.

pictures of us together with dates from Facebook.

pictures of our engagement party alone and with family as well,

letter of how we met first time.

about one page and half.

its dated and singed by me.

tickets with date,

did i miss anything?

and advise from people who had similar REF?

All time frames are different. They, or we can't give you an exact time as to when it will be approved, or not. It normally doesn't take long, a couple of weeks.

WAC is the California Service Center right? It says a RFE from there would extend to an estimate of an extra 30 days to the process. Honestly, I wouldn't get caught up too much about a time frame. So people want to know when they receive this and that. None of these visa processes are set in stone in how long they take even step by step. I wish the process was like Christmas myself, Every year you know Christmas will be on Dec. 25th. This stuff doesn't work that way. Word to the wise don't get caught up wondering is today the day because you will only frustrate yourself

RFE from WAC takes from 2 weeks to a month.... Generally the RFEs I have seen under I-129f takes about 1-3 weeks... Buh den again every case is different... Good luck!

you have to wait till they send you either an approval or denial letter in the mail

or statues changes on uscis.gov

Our RFE was 4 pages long / the response pages weighed 25 pounds

Had to prove how i met him / if on dating site how did i pay for it

who came to our marriage celebration/ if family could not come why / affidavit from each person that could not attend

death certificates of dad and his dad / he had to travel to Italian embassy in Rabat to get death certificate as his dad died in Italy

affidavit from my mother of when i told her i would marry / I traveled 10 hours to get this from my mom

complete list of all family (his and mine) including that of my late husband / my dad was one of 8 and his mom one of 13 / i had to join facebook to find all my cousins

Where did he learn to speak English / he studied in another city and had to travel to get this proof

provide 3 months of bank statements before and 3 months after each trip showing espenses in his country

birth certificates for my 2 GROWN sons not lilving with me

proof from family that they approved of marriage

proof i stayed with them in Morocco

BTW

these are just some of the 4 pages of the RFE

one time i tried to post it here and it was too big to send

I find these RFE's are mainly to see who is serious about the relationship as they had all the normal proof required

just be glad you had all the proof you needed

BTW they got mine and no one read it / it went to NVC 2 days after they received it

Did you get an approval notice or?

usually you must get approved then your case would be transfer to the NVC if I'm correct/

Good Lord, the things they asked from you on RFE, I've never seen many of them, as the death certs. and affidavits from people who could NOT attend. Affidavit from your mom when you told her your going to marry? Proof that your family approved of your marriage, WTH?
