Do I need a fiance visa?

My fiance lives in San Francisco and I live in Tijuana, Mexico. Since I live in the border to San Diego, I've had a Visa B1/B2 since I was two months old. I've also had a SENTRI card for the past eight years. My B1/B2 Visa expires on September 2016, normally I would just renovate my visa and move on, but my fiance and I plan to get married on July 30th 2016 in the Las Vegas. After that we plan to fly to San Francisco and I'll stay there for a week and then come back to Mexico and start the inmigration process so I can get my green card and move to SF with him. What should I do? Do I need a fiance visa before I get married even though I have the B1/B2 visa? Should I just change status when I renovate my visa? Would there be any problems with us flying together? Would there be any problem with us living in different countries and me flying to SF every couple of weeks?

You can marry in the US on the B2 as long as you leave the US after that and pursue a spousal visa from abroad. So, your plan, as is, is fine.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

You do not need another visa type to get married in the US. It is perfectly legal to enter the US and get married. After you return home, you can start the process for a spousal visa.

The K-1 would be used if you wanted to stay in the US and file for AOS after you marry. You do not have time to file for a K-1 to enter the country to marry in July though.
