Hello, I was just wondering how everyone else is doing on their aos process so far? How long has it taken some of ya'll to get your biometrics appointment?

We filed our adjustment of status petition on Jan. 21, and got noa1 on Jan 25. Then, received an RFE about joint sponsor on March 5 and haven't heard anything about biometrics yet. The cases I have looked at everyone seems to have gotten a biometrics app. before receiving an RFE so I'm kind of confused. Is there anyone else in the same boat as me? Thanks.

You should call and tell them you have not received the appointment. They schedule them within 30 days usually.

Thread is moved from IR-1/CR-1 to AOS from Family-based Visas Progress Reports

OP is adjusting from K-1, not pursuing IR-1/CR-1

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".

Thank you, yes that is kind of what I was thinking. Do you know the correct number to call?

A little nudge in the right direction always helps... You can check whether they have the same address for you too.

Ps have you been dodging all the hail that has fallen recently? ? Crazy weather!

I think they have the right address because they sent us the RFE and then on our case status on the USCIS website it says that they received our reply. Yes, thankfully we avoided hail so far but have been in the flooding zones! Stay as safe as you can (:
