Since yours were touched yesterday, you'll likely get your biometrics letter very soon. Ours was touched two days before we received our letter. But don't take my word as truth because I'm just as clueless as the next person.

Anyone had any news??

no more touches or anything just yet for me.

No touches since yesterday, 3/27.

I did however, notice that my middle name is misspelled on the NOAs for my I-130 and I-735. (Correctly spelled on the I-485, and in our original forms. :blink: ) I made an Infopass appt. for this coming Monday (4/2) in hopes of getting the misspellings corrected.

you guys...its just not fair :lol:

We all filed around about the SAME DAY and no damn biometrics for me yet!

Maybe it'll come today?

I was touched yesterday!

Maybe the touch was to send out the Biometrics letter? Maybe. Surely it will come.

Now this is just speculation, but I noticed some of wo filed at the same date received Bometrics for April 5 and others for April 12 and others for later. Could be a difference because of how busy your particular local office is?

I would assume so. We received ours very quickly compared to other people, but I doubt there's that many filers on the northside of Chicago. The office is basically on the same street we live on, up 20 blocks. We lucked out!

Heh sorry, i wrote that in a hurry and neglected to mention that it was response to a RFE....Dang 2007 taxes and the such...

So timeline now looks like this,

Yeah, i am moving along a a decent pace i suppose- Maybe it is because i started this thread ^-^......

the RFE was just for a letter explaing my wifes self employment and why she didnt file taxes, as well as my mother in alws 2007 taxes and a revised employment letter...i think we should be ok with what we are about to send away...I am really hoping that we can get the EAD by June 1st, as it would be taching applications whole lot easier...

it all depends on how busy your ASC is, it does not depend on your filing date.

I know that, I'm just whining.

No letter yet, hopefully soon!
