2016

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 20 - N-400 receipt date for my father
2021
Apr 21 - Biometrics appt.

Mozplay, you can go ahead and remove my name from the list (i think). I had my interview today and everything went well but they need the Tb skin test so pending that i'm pretty much approved...yay!!!! so i don't know if that counts as taking my name off the list or is it officially when i receive gc in hand that you take it off. Thanks everyone for all your support!!!!

3/25/07 AOS & EAD received

3/30/07 NOA of AOS & EAD

4/24/07 biometrics appointment

6/26/07 Infopass appointment for EAD (no interim EAD anymore, will send email)

6/27/07 infopass appointment to check response to email: email was not sent, promised to send again)

6/27/07 received phone call from USCIS local office that there is RFE (I-864)

7/5/07 I-864 sent

7/13/07 EAD card production

7/16/07 EAD touched

7/25/07 email saying ead approval notice sent

7/26/07 EAD in hand

7/26/07 interview date for 8/20

8/20/07 interview went well RFE (TB test)/ 485 approved pending receipt of RFE

8/27/07 RFE submitted

9/5/07 CRIS email saying we've sent welcome letter

9/7/07 GC card production

Congrats Bharat! If it were me, I would go ahead and accept a job offer with the letter/email as proof. You should get your green card within a week.

And congrats to Greenslippers too! We'll think positive and take you off that list if you like.

I guess i should also be off the list now,,, I just received the 'card production ordered email today for my i485 application. Wish me luck people!!

3/20/07: Mailed I765/485/130 To chicago

3/29/07: NOA For all three

4/9/07: RFE (medical) grrrr!

4/9/07: Interview date notification. (7/27/07)

5/20/07: Sent out rfe response.

6/5/07: RFE response received by NBC.

6/7/07: EAD card production ordered.

6/10/07: AOS and EAD touched?

6/12/07: EAD card production ordered again!!!

6/13/07: EAD touched again

6/16/07: EAD card notice: approval sent,,,

6/18/07: EAD touched again....

6/18/07: Received EAD card in the mail!

7/27/07: Interview day, everything went well except the fact that the doctor made an error on the forms- RFE.

No touches after interview,,,, strange.

8/22/07: Card production ordered.

8/27: Welcome notice received.

8/31: i485 approval notice sent.

9/4: GCard received.
