Hi all friends...

Its happy to see so many of you getting approved.. :thumbs:

My interview is next month on 24th. Strange thing is I havent been touched ever since after my "Biometrics" which was in APril. I don know whats goin on? I hope its not something bad for me, since I married after coming here on visitor visa in less than 2 months...

Does any of you have any idea, what does that mean: Not to have any Touches on your I 485 and I 130??

I am confused and worried too.. :unsure:

AOS, EAD

2006-Dec : Came to US for vacation

2007-Jan : Married to US citizen

2007-Mar : Medical exam with CS

2007-Mar : Filed I 485, I 130, I 765

2007-Mar, 20: Recieved NOA for all the three applications

2007-Mar : Biometrics for 485, 765 notice recieved

2007-Apr : Biometrics for 485 and 765 given

2007-May : Recieved Interview letter for AOS, 485

2007-Jun 02 : EAD recieved by postal mail

2007-Jun 04: Applied for SSN card

2007-Jun 23: Recieved SSN card.

2007-Jul : AOS interview at Memphis

2007-Jul 24 AOS APPROVED and recieved following emails and touches..

Card Production ordered email

Approval notice sent email

Welcome notice sent email..

... yeah all good things on same day!!

2007 Jul 30 email received "Approval Notice for I 485 sent"

2007 Aug 03 PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD RECEIVED by mail

Its pretty normal for the I-485 to go for a long time with no touches. I was a trasferee so a little different for me but I didn't get any more action untill approval and seeings as you have an interview your's will probably pick up again then, don't worry :)

K-1 visa issued: 12/15/2006

We are going to San Antonio for the AOS interview in less than a week. I am a bit worried because we have only a few pictures. But, lol, most of all I worry about getting there and back - we will ride the buss and spend a night in a motel. I am sure it will be an adventure, but it would be worthed if all goes well.

Congrats to all who were approved and, of course, best wishes for the rest of us. (F)

Good luck with the interview. Sounds like a good adventure with the bus and all. Enjoy your time in SA.
