I'll have to check in with my lawyer to see whether his office has received anything (NOA, mail receipt of delivery...).

Nothing for me.

Keep checking your bank accounts. I read on another immigration forum that once your checks are cashed, USCIS prints your 13-digit case # (beginning with 3 letters) on the back of those checks -- you can then use the case number to check online. My cashed checks all had numbers with MSC########## on the back - but they do not appear in the USCIS system just yet.

So, to anyone who has filed the package in march, how goes the progress

For me thus far it is,

March 2nd- sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 13th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail

March 17th- TOUCH for EAD.

NOA 1 MArch 2

RFE March 15

Received RFE MArch 22

Biometrics Apt March 20

aww I am so disappointed for you! I was sure you would be right behind me! All 3 NOA1s came in the mail today. Receipt date is march 14, Noa1 date is march 20.

I reapplied after they denied my first AOS bcs of incomlete vaccination and actually not sending them form 693A.

anyway i re-filed i-484 and

sent it march 3

NOA march 12

NOA letter march 16

bio letter march 17

bio appointment march 30

email RFE march 21

I mailed our AOS on March 13th

They received it March 15th

Tonight I checked and they had cashed the checks, March 23.

Just waiting for our NOA and Bio Appt.

My checks have been cashed and my status is online now, I got my case number off the back of my checks. My husband also got his ss card, it and it was a bit odd, it did not have that phrase on the top of it that it is supposed to have, it is just like mine, guess the ssa screwed up......good luck to everyone, keep checking your bank accounts

Our timeline is the same, I sent mine a day later than you but they got there same date, same noa1 date and same day of recieving noa!

Oh yeah, I got my two NOA1's today and checks cashed last night.....weird but I'm happy with that
