Woke up this morning to a lovely email from CRIS saying that card production had been ordered for my EAD. :thumbs:

Tomorrow we have our AOS interview at 10am, San Francisco. Hopefully it'll go smoothly... I'll post when we're through...

03/16/09 - file to lift conditions

03/16/09 - I-751 packet sent to CSC

03/19/09 - $545 check cashed

03/23/09 - NOA1 rec'd (receipt date = 03/18/09)

04/11/09 - Biometrics date

05/12/09 - Approval date!

05/16/09 - Approval letter received!

06/24/09 - card production email rec'd

07/06/09 - 10 year green card rec'd!

N-400 Timeline

03/26/2010 - mailed N-400 packet

03/29/2010 - N-400 packet rec'd

04/09/2010 - check cashed

04/15/2010 - NOA rec'd, dated 04/09/10

Just an update to say no updates for me since getting my EAD card. My AOS seems to have been put on hold for now. Oh well... at least I'm working and making some money!

2016

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

2007-Mar : Filed I 485, I 130, I 765

2007-Mar, 20: Recieved NOA for all the three applications

2007-Mar : Biometrics for 485, 765 notice recieved

2007-Apr : Biometrics for 485 and 765 given

2007-May : Recieved Interview letter for AOS, 485

2007-Jun 02 : EAD recieved by postal mail

2007-Jun 04: Applied for SSN card

2007-Jun 23: Recieved SSN card.

2007-Jul : AOS interview at Memphis

2007-Jul 24 AOS APPROVED and recieved following emails and touches..

I've been here since 1984 - came to US on an L2 visa (dependent of my parents' L1). Then, in college I switched to F1.

I've technically been an overstay since 1995/96 when I graduated.

I met my husband in early 2005, started dating that summer and moved in with him April 2006. We married January, 2007.

We got approved for our AOS via email.....I want to thank everyone for their updates...for the person who started this thread....and for everyone else...your time will be here very soon.....I am positive :) Take care everyone.....best wishes!!!!

Our Journey is complete.....for a couple of years at least :dance:
