16 hours more & its our interview..getting nervous! hope turns out great..just wanna say thank you guys for all the infos i got here..

Hopefully the reason why we haven't heard how the interview went is cause they're out celebrating.....

Congrats Jessi+Rich you might want to see what Emancipation or morantbaygirl got first.... I think it is possible they didn't get the welcome letter mail first either.... You should get your card in 3-4 days!! woohoo!!

Blasted thing wouldn't let me edit... anyway I found out on another thread that joey and roseanne were approved... so I've updated our timelines....

I wish that everyone kept us updated... So anyone on the list let me know when you've got your GC in your hands!! Good luck everyone

we got approved today! got my passport stamped with I-551..but i receive an e-mail saying that my case is still under review..what does that mean? FBI namecheck?

I know it is a silly question but... what's next???

We got the Pending CSC E-mail, then the Approved e-mail, and then the Card Production E-mail.. then we got the Approved Letter in the mail .. and now we await physical GC in the mail.. Still waiting

Still no approved email. I got the Welcome notice today.

We are going out on a road trip to see the wild west (south and north) and since the GC has been approved, we will include "Langostaville" in Mexico Now, I have to check what do I need to cross that border!

Hope it's not too late to join the March filers. I've been following this thread and I'm wondering if there are any March filers that haven't been transferred to CSC AND haven't received an interview date?

Of course USCIS won't give any further info when I called to check if our case was transferred to CSC. I wasn't very patient and I did email my senator's office. I received a call from them yesterday (the lady was very nice and helpful and gave me her direct number to call again anytime) and she said that our case was still in Missouri. She said it looked like that we were going to be sent to Texas. She said that is where it looks like a lot of the cases will be sent. I asked are you sure it isn't going to CSC and she said no-it looks like it is going to Texas. She said that everything looks great with the application and that we should be approved without an interview. She said the EAD would be approved in the next 30 days.

I've only read of one other AOS being sent to Texas and there are several after our NOA1 that have already been forwarded to CSC.

I just needed to vent. Anyone else with a similar timeline?

That sucks. I'm sorry.

There is that one girl (seldi?) who was sent to Texas and has no idea why. I believe she was a February filer, so you might want to look up her timeline and see where she is in the process. Maybe they're starting to send them to Texas because they're flooded at California.

Either way, I really hope you get an answer soon. Good job getting the senator's office on your side!

We recieved the Card proction Email first then a few days later werecieve the approval email. You should ecive yor card in about a week or two. Congrats .

Received our Green Card in the mail today! YIPEE!!

My husband got an e-mail today saying they ordered his green card and he'll have it within 30 days. Of course our interview is on the 14th so hopefully it will be a mute point.

Could he theoretically work now?
