OMG Emancipation! That's wonderful news! Are y ou our first CSC transferee to receive approval????

Seems like CSC is back to work after a few days of down time for Marchers/ Hope everyone gets some good news this week!

Thanks everyone!! :) we are TOTALLY stoked!!

We did get the "pending" e-mail... letme dig up when.. I remember thinking and posting.. what the heck does this mean.. We received the pending e-mail on May 8th.

We've had an incredible amount of touches on our case (i didn't keep track of them all).. do'nt know if they were training a newbie with our case or what, but we'll take an approval!! ;) oh yeah! :thumbs:

AOS:

2007-02-22: Sent AOS /EAD

2007-03-06 : NOA1 AOS /EAD

2007-03-28: Transferred to CSC

2007-05-17: EAD Card Production Ordered

2007-05-21: I485 Approved

2007-05-24: EAD Card Received

2007-06-01: Green Card Received!!

2009-02-27: Sent I-751

2009-03-07: NOA I-751

May 21, got the "adjustment application PENDING at California Service Center" eMail. Based on their timelines, that means approval somwhere around November. But I think they haven't updated their database in some time. (I hope)

USCIS goves themselves a 6 month window for processing. Search around for VJ cases and you will see the approval dates are more like 2-4 months.

Sorry, i am a bit slow in keeping up to date but Congrats to Mo and Emancipation....

CSC appears to be speeding up on the Marchers at the moment, i believe they touched our AOS a couple of times in the last few days, so here is to everyone and anticipated progress.....

I really hope everyone is doing well, and i also wanted to say that i upon starting this thread that it would get so large, what is it now, 700 replies? We have been a great support group to each other.

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

The CSC I-485 timelines are for employment-based cases only. Yours is a family-based application. I have no idea where to find "official" timeline information for our case-types other than here at VJ. Sorry. (p.s. Their database was updated May 18th.)

I think the USCIS case website should give you a message saying "GO OUTSIDE!" when you log in more than once or twice a day. I think I'm up to 4 or 5 so far today due to all this good news lately. :wacko:
