I know I'm a sulky kid!

Don't worry, it's coming. I've noticed sometimes my online records are a couple of days behind what my real account records show. I have access to one of those automatic telephone systems to check the balance and its usually much more accurate than what shows online. If the waiting gets the best of you, call the bank and ask to verif if the checks have gone through. Your AOS and ours are so close in time, I bet yours is coming right along!

ETA: I just noticed your timeline shows your package was received the day after ours. I'm hoping by tomorrow morning, you wil also have the checks cashed!

Woke up to cashed checks in the online bank records for the AOS/EAD/AP. Was able to enter the case numbers for AOS and EAD into the system. the AP number says not valid yet. (not worry about that one- it's just a bit of insurance incase there is a problem with AOS)

We are at MSC. I think that is where everyone goes after Chicago right?

I think so, at least im sure its the very common one..

AOS/EAD

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

Anynews for anyone else?

I have mailed my AOS application on March 6th..It was received on March 8th. My check was cashed on the 15th...just yesterday i received my NOA. I have question in regards to Biometrics. It says that we need to bring the NOA and ID (Passport). However the name on the NOA is the married name; and on the passport it is on the maiden name..Will it sufficient??

It shouldn't pose a problem, but bringing the marriage certificate to show the change in name might help. I find myself carrying it everywhere because some things are still in the former name and some things in the new name.

AOS filed 2-24-07, I-797 NOA1 received 3-5-07, Biometrics appointment 3-22-07 Louisville. I have a question. I cannot check my case status online. It keeps telling me my receipt numbers are invalid, however we have an appointment for Biometrics. Anyone else run into this? Do I need to notify them of this?

Mine said it wasn't valid too but then just to try I put the MSC at the beginning in caps and it worked. Maybe that's the same problem you are having? I Hope!!!!

Also, we mailed ours in on March 2, They received it March 12, We got the letter March 15, March 16 we got Biometrics appt for March 30 at 9am in Louisville. Nothing else so far.

I wish everyone the best of luck!!!!

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

Thanks I did try imputing with the all caps MSC from the start, but it just doesnt want to recognize the AP case. I'll give it a couple of weeks. I know they cashed the check and after the NOA1 comes in the mail, i'll try again. I know sometimes people have this problem with all their case numbers. As if they haven;t been entered in the sytem yet by USCIS. I am just glad the EAD and AOS are viewable!

Any news today for those still waiting for the NOA1 or Checks to be cashed?
