Aug-18-06 : Approved ..Yeahhhhhhh Finally

Aug-25-06 : Received NOA2 in mail

Sep-8-06 : BNK Case assign & left NVC

Oct-16-06 : Interviewed

Dec-21-06 : Entered the USA

Jan-05-07 : Married

AOS

Mar-07-07 : AOS sent to Chicago

Mar-14-07 : NOA 1-797C

Mar-23-07 : Received ASC Appointment letter ,on Apr-4 at 10.00 am

Apr-04-07 : Bio done

Apr-09-07 : Touch , case transfered to CSC

May-18-07: Case is pending at CSC

May-21-07: Touch

EAD

Nov-09-07 : Sent to Chicago

03/21/2007 - NOA1, Checks cashed

06/01/2007 - EAD card production e-mail received (74 days)

07/27/2007 - EAD RECEIVED (57 days after approval)

11/29/2007 - Infopass appointment - file was sent to a storage facility before it was finished processing.

05/28/2008 - Received AOS Interview notice

07/10/2008 - AOS Interview-APPROVED pending fingerprints

09/22/2008 - GREEN CARD IN HAND!

Removing Conditions

06/04/2010 - Sent I-751

06/07/2010 - NOA1

06/09/2010 - Check cashed

07/22/2010 - Biometrics Appointment

2016

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 20 - N-400 receipt date for my father

Yeah, and none too soon....After a few months without a job, living off saving and such, i find the budget shrinks ^_-

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

Since Mine went to 'pending' 3 days ago I've had a touch each day! gets me excited, probably for nothing, but oh well!!!

I was about to whine about not getting touched and then I check the status and Neil's EAD was touched today!!!!! I hope that means it will be coming soon because he's driving us both nuts and we could use the money.

AOS approved in 2 months? Wow, that has to be a record, or close to.

Yes, that was quick. We didn't get RFE + plus our local office is not very busy, I believe.

During all AOS process - no e-mails at all.

But we got our bad part, too - we were interviewed separately for about 40 minutes. Go figure. :blink:

Checked my e-mail and saw ones from CRIS, considering i have had two touches in a row for the EAD i got my hopes up that it might have been an approval for that, but alas it was a AOS now pending email for the AOS at CSC.....

Not that it is possible to make sense of this process, bt i've notice that a lot of people transfered to CSC AFTER me are getting the "pending" e-mails while we hear nothing. BUT these same people also ave NOA1 dates BEFORE me, so maybe CSC is still processing in order of the original NOA1 date when they can? sorting through everyone's experience, it seems we have abotu 2 weeks to hear some good news....maybe i shouuld go on a road trip somewhere where there is no wireless internet :P
