Anyone else have an idea of how to get a number for CSC? It's not on the transfer notice sent to me. I never received a notice saying it was received at CSC.

Hmm.. maybe I'll post this on the CSC transfer thread too.

Hmm...

Was your K-1 sent to CSC? If you still have your NOA1 or NOA2 from them, they may have a 1-800 number on there. I remember that I called them once and actually got through to someone there...too bad I don't have any of my notes with me or I'd share it with you.

You can probably find it in one of the threads, though. I'm sure someone has posted it.

No worries!

I took your advice and shot them an email - the 1-800 number is just too useless for words.

We'll see what happens. All things in time, right?

It sounds to me like it was an undelivered RFE. You could try to make an infopass apointment, sometimes this had been useless tho. If you are doing it, try to give them a few days (don't request an infopass for today nor tomorrow) so they have time to check on your case AND take with you the copy of your case (all you originally sent). Verify every single paper you sent and if you catch something wrong, fix it before going to your infopass. No guarantees they will take it but who knows...

Best luck

Hello all!

I have a question for those who have experience or have been there and done it.

My wife and I filed her EAD on March 19, 2007 and then filed her AOS on April 26, 2007. We filed them seperately for financial reasons. However we never received a NOA1 for the EAD and we just received the NOA! and appointment for Biometrics on 05/10/2007.

Is it possible the Biometrics could be for both the EAD and the AOs even though the notice only references the AOS?

The EAD was transfered to the California Service Center after the processed our check, but we have not heard or seen anything. I called them shortly after the check cleared the bank to ask why we never received the NOA1 and they said it should be sent out soon. That was over a month ago and still nothing. The website for online tracking says it is pending processing in the California Service Center.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Is it too soon to expect anything for the EAD?

Thanks,

Tony

I don't know answers to help you but I can say our biometrics letter included both the EAD and AOs case mumbers on the form. I've never heard of an EAD being transfered to CSC, but maybe that's just my failing ot read experiences on theboard. Maybe if you do not get an answer here you ight post this in a new thread where it won't lost in this long thread. Good luck!
