I do wonder about the CSC, once we got the transfer there, and a touch to go along with it, we have been neglected in that respect. I suppose everything has been checked before so there isnt much to do there except neglect it and wait for whatever it is they are waiting for.....

I have come to the conclusion that nothing the USCIS can be predicted or anticipated. I bet Mo you'll just get the GC in the mail some day, with no warning! Ha ha!! This is a crazy circus and it's not much fun being "in the ride".. I think those who can keep off the obsessive checking and keep away from the computer MUST be better off.. but *sigh.. what the heck is there to do BUT check when you are not allowed to work?? .. Has anyone successfuly sued USCIS for making one crazy I wonder?

Just a little "hey, we got your case! We're going to use it as a backrest for the next few months." from CSC would be sufficient. I'm very hopeful, though. February filers are starting to clear out and we've had some March success stories already!

You know, I am seriously considering calling them to see if the case was ever really received by CSC. Maybe it will prompt some movement - you never know.

And then again - maybe I will just become even more frustrated by an annoying phone conversation.

Chances of an annoying phone conversation are pretty high, I'd say.

If you call or write, do it to the CSC office... I bet you can get more information there than the USCIS 1-800 misinformation line or at your local office.

I found this email in a post somewhere: CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov

I am sure I also saw the phone number, I can't find it. I think it is in the NOA of the transfer.

Best luck
