Today it's my last day of the semester... I have tons of things to do but I can't concentrate because of my interview tomorrow!!! I'm sooo anxious! :wacko: I can't wait to get it over with :clock:

:devil: BTW Jimmy I like the new wedding picture you have up!! I'm starting to look for a job now... not too easy let me tell you.... I don't know where is good and the pay scale for the same job is from pitiful to wonderful... but there is a reason for wonderful.. the work isn't. What to do .... 11 more days I'm getting excited and curious as to everything that happened at molin's interview... :clock:

they finally touched our AOS after the RFE!!!

nothing from EAD since march.

According to Phoenix Processing office they will take 5 months to process, lets see if they keep their "promised schedule".. (hahaha yeah right)

08/02/2010 ... Send the paperwork to Phoenix, AZ

08/04/2010 ... Paperwork received at 9am

08/06/2010 ... Check cashed

08/10/2010 ... Touched

08/12/2010 ... NOA arrived (notice date: 08/06/2010; mailed on 08/09/2010)

09/04/2010 ... email: RFE sent on 09/03/2010 (biometrics?? hopefully waiting!)

09/08/2010 ... Touched. BIOMETRICS CAME TODAY! (notice date/mailed on: 09/03/2010; biometrics for 09/22/2010 at 11 a.m.)

i already receive interview notice but there's nothing online that says they already receive my biometrics results? is it common or should i panick?

No, you definatly should not panic. You were touched after your biometrics that is the normal. My online status still says

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On March 15, 2007, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you.

My interview is in 11 days. I am still waiting to hear how molin's interview went.... :whistle:

Thank you for having me in your thoughts... Everything was going well on my interview, especially when he said "everything seems good, you are APPROVED" he waited like 10 long seconds ( like to see my reaction on my face and then he said BUT your name check is NOT complete I was like nooooooooooooooo ( of course on my mind) it's so bittersweet because it's approved but namecheck can take forever.... I know all I can do it's wait soooo :crying: I hope this is not the beginning of name check limbo!! He also said that it was very common that the namecheck was not finished by the time of the interview, he said that he had 3 other cases that day (yesterday) that had the interview like me and were waiting on namecheck too.

Glad to hear your interview went fine molin. Did the AO say how long should the name check take? We all know it can take years, but maybe he said something like you should hear back from them in 90? 180 days? I think there should be a "dateline" after which we can call them or get the representatives involved. From what I have been reading, some times passive waiting doesn't pay.
