I hate just sitting and waiting, and I'd be just as annoyed with nothing sitting in CSC but at least then I knew where I was at, right now its just recieved RFE and pending, feel like its not going ANYWHERE!

I don't even have a pending status. Last update was saying the case was transferred. No notification of it being recieved and pending. I'm really hoping that I'm one of those people who don't get touched or updated at CSC and then magically get that 'approved' email.

Today my Application got transferred to CSC. What does that mean???

It means that in all likelihood, you will get approved without an interview. Should an officer at CSC decide that your case needs an interview, you will be transferred back to your local office. In the past, those transferred to CSC usually got approved more quickly, though things seem to be slowing down and the CSC transfers are waiting 3 months + (just like those at local offices) to hear something.

Received transfer letter in the mail today. No touch on AOS for 5 days. No touch on EAD since April 4th. At this point it's looking like that extra $175 was pointless. BOOO!!! I think they should give EAD refunds for those that aren't approved before AOS is. Who is with me on that? haha

LOL yeah right...My EAD was last touched on April 3rd. BTW now that you're transferred you probably won't be seeing too many touches on your AOS either. I think I have said before I would rather have that money wasted in the off chance that name check takes awhile then me not working for however long it takes. When my greencard is approved at my interview I won't care about that 180$ that's long gone to me already.

Don't count your chickens so soon! CSC is not as fast as it used to be and as another poster said - you could get held up in namecheck hell. In the grand scheme of things, think of the $175 as insurance fees. Sucks to pay, but you'd be hella glad if you ever needed it!

Today it's my last day of the semester... I have tons of things to do but I can't concentrate because of my interview tomorrow!!! I'm sooo anxious! I can't wait to get it over with

Molin.... that must be quite the emotions you're having... but you know it's nice when everything is all together like that. Last Aug was like that for me. I moved houses, wrote big nursing exams 4 days later and then had my engagement party right after that. Good luck with your last day of school today and then with your interview tomorrow... you will do just fine. I'll have the champagne ready for you!!
