ahhh..... Oh, what would we all do without our wonderful support group here? I truly believe w emay have all gone mad. Or me anyways.....

It's been 18 days since my case was transfered to California, and 16 days since our last touch .....

I want progress so badly!

I have a feeling we'll get a RFE, and it so that's fine.. but I want it now!!!! :D

good nice to get the venting out isn't it?

It took 21 days for them to receive mine...

That's the common pattern I've seen with other transferees. 21 days from sent to CSC to pending at CSC. 21 days will be here Friday. I'm trying not to hold my breath, but :P

Hah!That was our reasoning as well :lol: , so we are also crossing fingers for the 'your case is pending at CSC' mail this week...

While no logical reasoning applies to the process it is so hard not to hope :yes:

Well, since being sent to CSC things have slowed down for me, but i am sure that is totally normal. However in slightly better news, my wife has just finished her biology degree this week and has a job interview on monday ^_^

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

Thats good news! My husband is graduating in two weeks with a political science and economics degree :)

no movement for us though.

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

mailed 5/22/2009

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

I-551 stamp in passport 6/19/09

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

Biometrics received 6/20/09

Biometrics apt date 7/9/09

After our RFE in April - we have been waiting & waiting for something to happen.

Finally got our interview appointment for June 14th in Santa Ana, CA!!!

It's taking longer than we wanted, but at least it's moving in the right direction.

Our prayers and best wishes are with you all.

OH! Thats great news! when did you get your RFE? and when did they resume your case? Sorry for the questions, I just wish they'd get moving on my case after my april RFE.

Thank you, and yes, got the transfer letter about 2 days ago.....I got excited when i saw the envelopre until it hit me that it would be just a notice of transfer....

On May 2nd our I-485 AOS petition was transferred to the California Service Center. Hope that cuts in our favor!
