You got my hopes up for a second. I thought the first of us March filers might have gotten some EAD action!

10/23/2006 - I-129F approved (97 days from CSC)

AOS

03/03/2007 - Married!

03/14/2007 - I-485 + I-765 sent

03/21/2007 - NOA1, Checks cashed

06/01/2007 - EAD card production e-mail received (74 days)

07/27/2007 - EAD RECEIVED (57 days after approval)

11/29/2007 - Infopass appointment - file was sent to a storage facility before it was finished processing.

05/28/2008 - Received AOS Interview notice

07/10/2008 - AOS Interview-APPROVED pending fingerprints

09/22/2008 - GREEN CARD IN HAND!

Removing Conditions

06/04/2010 - Sent I-751

06/07/2010 - NOA1

06/09/2010 - Check cashed

07/22/2010 - Biometrics Appointment

09/08/2010 - Card production e-mail

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

I wonder what CSC have been doing !! seem like they are slowing down. :wacko: still no any touch for me.

CSC can be quicker but it hasn't been that long yet.

Nothing for me just yet :(

Man, and here is me thinking i had an EAD....That was amusing, i came in to look at the thread and everyone was celebrating.....

AOS/EAD

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

Oh man, I was feeling sick to my stomach and having dizzy spells all day long. (Ask my mother, I get like this before everything - even biometrics I was all acting like a wreck.) My husband (the immigrant) is like, "I'm not nervous!" which is either helpful or not, I haven't decided.

Meanwhile, I'm adding random emails from before we married to our file, along with plane tickets of my visits to him.

"Mir, are you sweating? I'm sweating."

"No, I'm fine. Are you really that hot?"

"Yes. But maybe I'm just having a nervous breakdown."

He didn't answer that one. It doesn't get a reaction anymore.
