Just got CRIS email tonight at 9pm, transferred to California Service Center....

Woo! go scott! Glad to see some movement!

My ead is floating like a dead fish, however, hopefully we'll get somewhere soon :thumbs:

many thank you's....UIf i recall correctly my EAD sat for a good 10+ days with no movement, i guess they concentrate more on the AOS and out of the blue the EAD gets approved?

Anyways, i have always said that i care more about the EAD right now than i do the AOS, regardless it is nice to see the AOS go smoothly. Although i know nothing about the CSC and how long it could take from here.....

AOS/EAD

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

Weird... no touches for my AOS in my online portfolio since 04/09, and today I came home to a letter for my initial interview! It's for Weds., June 6, in San Francisco! :dance:

(Seem to recall someone else on this thread with the same date/ venue... will have to hunt... perhaps we can meet up if our intereview times are close!)

Now, here's hoping that FBI namecheck goes smoothly... :unsure:

WE also got our interview notice on the 21st! Scheduled for June 6th in San Francisco. That is very fast, only recieved one touch and no RFE's. Whew, so far so good. Now just getting more documents that has our joint names on it and do the checklist on what to bring to interview.

omg! seems like we have the same interview date as well! ours is at 10am in the morning... perhaps we'll bump into each other in the waiting room! :star:

Wow, looks like a few of you got transferred to CSC on the 24th.... I hope it turns out good for you all. I still haven't had a touch since april 3 on either my EAD or AOS... I am sure like others I will get the GC before the EAD comes... ohhh well I'm okay with that :goofy:

We got our transfer letter in the mail yesterday, but they have entered our address all weird. They spelled out all the parts of our address (#### NORTH Blahdiblah AVENUE APARTMENT #), so by the time they get to the actual apartment number, they didn't have space for the full thing. :P

I believe my husband is calling today to have them correct it. Since we haven't moved (we're just correcting our address with them), do you think we need to fill in any of the AR11 or USCIS forms? It would seem silly since it's clearly an error on their part.
