Did your letter say it was "transferred to" or "received by" CSC?

Hi MariaEric. The letter on the 21st was telling me the case transfer was received by CSC.

Hope you're feeling better soon, Scott.

Was just trying to clarify... I guess we are expecting a second snail mail that our package was actually received by CSC. We received one snail mail about a week after we received the email that our case was being transferred... but it was clearly not a receipt of arrival.

I never recieved a letter verifying they fixed the typo in my name on my origional potition but in the change of address letter my name was correct, so we'll see if my name is correct in all coming correspondence! :)

I have a question. We got a letter this weeked stating our case was transferred to CSC. I got an email today stating that they received our RFE and now our case has resumed processing. The thing is we never had an RFE sent to us for them to receive. It was just a litte confusing....I am guessing they sent us that email by mistake. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Stacey and Zak

I've seen others posy here on VJ that a wrong message was sent. I also read from longtimer vjer that if you call the csc hotline and hit allthe prompts to get to to the RFE person, you actually talk to someone t CSC rather than their bank of operators at some other location. Give them a call, maybe they will tell you some good news!

I just got my "Pending at CSC" e-mail today, and they sent it since March 26th!

I want a "pending at CSC" email! :crying: Oh well it is CSC :P

That's exactly how I felt about my AOS file being transferred to CSC

My I-129F was there waaay too long last year. It was an IMBRA related delay, but still.... many others who submitted their files later than us during that fiasco were approved faster :(

But after reading all the great things about being in CSC for AOS I thought it wouldn't be that bad afterall

And believe it or not I'm still hopeful :D

Is there still such the disasterous backlog for K-1's at CSC that there was last year when we all applied? I sure as hell hope not for all those CSC filers!
