YAY our AOS/EAD club is growing!

I haven;t started checking the online banking and the regular mail this much since the K-1 was sent off last August :P

Yeah- Oddly enough ehwn i started this thread it took a good while for ANYONE to reply, but im happy we have all found it now.....

Secondly, i know what you guys mean about the mail and banking...I was checking online banking each day before the check was cashed...Now i am checking the mail each day to see what they want for the RFE.....

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

We just filed our AOS/EAD/AP on March 12. I was secretly hoping to get a NOA1 by this week but not really expecting it.

For the Tax info, my husband sent in 2004/2005 and 2006 with a copy of the W2 , letter from employer and a copy of a pay stub from this year. Unfortunatly we did some spring cleaning right before we went to file and threw away some of his pay stubs since January. (oops) We just threw those in at the recommendation from our lawyer.

[*]July 17/06 -IMBRA RFE

September 13/06- 3 Emails stating we got NOA2, APPROVED!!! Dated September 8,2006.

[*]October 20th/06-Received Packet 3

[*]October 31/06-Medical Exam

December 6,2006-Interview in Vancouver APPROVED!

Arrived in US- December 14, 2006

January 3,2007- Applied for SSN got within 7 days in the mail.

February 17,2007- MARRIED!

AOS-EAD-AP Journey:

March 2, 2007-Started AOS paperwork

March 12,2007- Filed AOS, EAD, AP Docs.

March 22, 2007-NOA1 for AOS,EAD, AP

March 23, 2007-Receive "Biometrics Appointment"Letter

April 4, 2007- Biometrics Appointment...done..

April 19,2007-Notice in Mail saying transfered to CSC..not sure what is up with that...

May 21, 2007- Touched and email saying case pending at CSC.

May 23,2007-AOS Touched!

May 25, 2007-AOS Touched-Again

May 29, 2007-Email AP APPROVED.

May 29, 2007-EAD touched

May 30,2007-AP and EAD Touched

May 31, 2007-Email stating I-485 Card Production Ordered!!! WOOHOO!

June 1,2007-Email EAD Approved

June 2, 2007- AP Received.

June 4, 2007 -Welcome New Permanent Resident letter received.

June 7, 2007-EAD Card Received..no GC yet..

June 9, 2007-GREEN CARD IN HAND!

Yeah, we just threw in everything we could think of....It is funny how the USCIS can find a need for something else though....But, it seems like you have included everything that you will need...Good luck...

I hope they are happy with what we sent...my husband makes WAAY under par but the co-sponser makes ALOT more than it, so hopefully they will be happy.

If not, they can RFE my ### :lol:

Removing conditions:

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

I-551 stamp in passport 6/19/09

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

Biometrics received 6/20/09

Biometrics apt date 7/9/09

Biometrics cancellation notice 6/27/09

Biometrics apt notice date 6/26 recieved 7/7

Biometrics apt 7/22/09

Touch 7/22/09

Finally able to see online info 7/22/09

haha, that was amusing. My wife and i are sitting here, and upon reading that i have concluded how funny it would be to scan your a** and send them a copy....If only our lives were not in their hands..........

I have to imagine that such a feeling is universal for anyone who has had to endure the 1+ years of USCIS annoyance.....

We also filed the AOS/AP/EAD package on 3/12 and it was received on 3/13. Still no NOA1 and the checks have not been cashed yet but I’m sure in the next few weeks the NOA1 will arrive. Best wishes :thumbs:

Count me in! I sent in the AOS/EAD on March 12, and got delivery confirmation on March 14. Here's hoping to NOA1 this week!

October 2005: Met online playing World of Warcraft

December 19, 2005: David flies to America on VWP to visit

February 26, 2006: Married!

March 14, 2006: Filed I-130 ... by itself. Oops.

June 21, 2006: I-130 approved

March 12, 2007: Mailed I-485 package

April 5, 2007: Biometrics

May 30, 2007: Email notification: EAD approved!!

June 4, 2007: EAD received!!

July 24, 2007: Interview 8am APPROVED!!! Day 133 from filing. Emails for card production and welcome letter.

July 25, 2007: Passport stamped

August 6, 2007: GC in hand

I went on my online banking earlier and it said 1 check had been cashed...I was SO excited then saw it was only the car payment! So bummed :lol:
