Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

I'm kind of getting a little concerned by all the touches... :(

NEVER be concerned about touches on your cases! Touches means progress - wether or not that means an RFE!

It may be or may not be anything except for processing! Don't worry - and even if it is an RFE, it seems means your case is moving.

just send the reply to our RFE 2 days ago

(the rest of my timeline is on signature)

hopefully they wont request anything else..

According to Phoenix Processing office they will take 5 months to process, lets see if they keep their "promised schedule".. (hahaha yeah right)

08/02/2010 ... Send the paperwork to Phoenix, AZ

08/04/2010 ... Paperwork received at 9am

08/06/2010 ... Check cashed

08/10/2010 ... Touched

08/12/2010 ... NOA arrived (notice date: 08/06/2010; mailed on 08/09/2010)

09/04/2010 ... email: RFE sent on 09/03/2010 (biometrics?? hopefully waiting!)

09/08/2010 ... Touched. BIOMETRICS CAME TODAY! (notice date/mailed on: 09/03/2010; biometrics for 09/22/2010 at 11 a.m.)

Just got the transfer letter in the mail tonight. Gone to CSC for AOS. When I checked the status of AP, EAD no updates/touches. So we wait....but some movement better than nothing! :blush:

2007-05-24: EAD Card Received

2009-03-31: Biometrics Appt. Hartford

2009-07-21: Touched (first time since biometrics) Perhaps address change?

ooohhh...I saw that happen to someone the other day. the status changed from "transfered" to "pending". I wonder if that means you are close? GOOD LUCK! (F)

Just noticed your timeline is about 2 weeks to 10 days ahead of mine. I know it means nothing and I shouldn;t be comparing, but I did anyway! (SORRY Becca! :whistle: )

Well, after 10 days of inactivity on my portfolio i actually got another touch today for both the AOS and EAD.....

March 2nd- sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 13th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail

March 17th- TOUCH for EAD.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

March 29th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 31st- TOUCH FOR AOS/EAD

April 2nd - RFE information mailed off, should arrive to them in a couple of days...

April 3rd- TOUCH FOR AOS/EAD....

April 4th- The RFE package arrived according to USPS website

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 19th- TOUCH for AOS/EAD
