Our Touches and Biometrics have been on the same days!!!!

Yep! Looks like that!

Question: Would it be safe to think that we are already free of RFEs??

We want to go on a road trip to see the wild wild west, but are still locked here waiting for something... that may not come??

Cheers

I think (anyone feel free to correct me if wrong) that when you get your interview date is the only time you can assume you're RFE free.

this is the way the world ends

not with a bang but a whimper

people get RFE's at their interview, but its rare. we brought a new aff of support form filled out just in case (since our financial situation changed in the meantime).

We're not really picture taking people so we need to create some moments so that we have a variety of photos haha. Usually when we do take pics we're on vacation and we have one of me or one of him. We don't have tons together. I guess we will have to start taking our camera everywhere.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

Taking pictures has become somthing of a joke with my husband and our friends and family. Someone always says "okay, now take one for immigration!" At the consulate, they wanted more pictures of us together, which we didnt have- so we are a little paraoid going into this!

I think our march group is very lucky and hope we are get luckier! But for sure, you guys are a nice group to wait through AOS with! Thanks again to Scott for starting this thread.

It's weird because we haven't submitted any pictures of us together at any point. We have some, but only digital copies. We do have a photo printer, but no photo paper so it's not that useful. :P

Hey gang!

Anybody else out there getting touched alot? My husband's EAD, AP and I-130 as well as my stepson's AP and I-130s have been touched yesterday and today! Their AOS hasn't been touched since 04/09/07 (the day the biometrics letter was sent). Their biometrics are Monday, so I'm wondering if a bunch of touches is normal a few days before biometrics.

Also, has anybody with kids received letters for biometrics for the kids if they are under 14? Or, is this standard that the kids get biometrics letters the same time as the immigrating parent even though they dont need biometrics? (did that make sense?!?!?)

Thanks!

J
