I'm jealous of those that are getting transferred. We got an RFE. I just want a USCIS break for awhile. I hope it comes soon enough. Good luck everyone.

I got RFE'd also, whats yours for?

K-1 visa issued: 12/15/2006

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

mailed 5/22/2009

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

I-551 stamp in passport 6/19/09

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

Biometrics received 6/20/09

Biometrics apt date 7/9/09

Biometrics cancellation notice 6/27/09

Biometrics apt notice date 6/26 recieved 7/7

Biometrics apt 7/22/09

Touch 7/22/09

Finally able to see online info 7/22/09

Card production email 8/19/09 date ordered 8/18

I don't trust the online system right now though.

I got a touch the day after biometrics ( monday) and nothing since.

However, I also recieved an RFE monday (issued the 3rd!) but with no online notice of this, so its hit and miss at to wether or not all the touches are working!

I'm happy for everyone being transfered, but also very envious!

However, its hard to be transfere with my RFE sitting here :lol:

Good news is thought that I have JUST completed my entire RFE and I'm going to (hopefully) mail it back tomorrow, if not then, then sat, they'll have it by monday and back to normal we shall go :D

That is sooo true. We all like the touches, but who knows what they mean! Now hurry up and get that RFE back in so you can wait some more!

we got an rfe for our taxes. we had already sent them but they wanted them again. so they got them again. I wish I would have actually forgot something. made me mad it was something they actually had.

How retarded! Mine was kinda a dumb mistake on my part but also, they could of found what they needed!

Well did get touches on the AOS and EAD late last night after having biometrics yesterday morning. Back to waiting some more :whistle:
