Thank you for that info and the good luck wishes!

Will we get these NOA's in the regular mail or will USCIS send an email since we now have a USCIS account?

You will get them in regular mail. The emails only come after you add cases to your online porfolio and check yes to receive email updates. Keep in mind that sometimes the emails are not sent out and the status onlineis not updated yet you will have an approval. That happened for us on the K-1 visa.

Oh and Congratulations for getting it in the mail!

Geez, they love touching you!

I know, i just don't know why.

Everytime I see you guys getting a touch, i run to USCIS and check my portfolio  nothing since March 23 (date they mailed the Biometrics letter). And before Becca comes along and reminds me not to compare my timeline to others....I know I know :innocent::lol:

We are the un touchables - and not in a good way!

Maybe scott is close to being transfered or something?

untouchables

I will be happy for Scott if he gets transfered and gets an early aproval. I will be more happy if his petition is rubberbanded to all of ours and we get to go along! :P

i would be happy also, lets all go along together...We can be a group in every sense of the word...

Hi there

No touches for us since March 29th. No RFE emails either.

Thanks! I'll be checking my bank account and mailbox with much anticipation then. :)

I am in charge of checking emails and the mailbox and do it religiously every afternoon so I can have the USCIS letters first! Before the appointment letter arrived I would say a rats! when there was nothing from them, now, I say an uff! when I dont find a RFE letter. Can I be blamed of obssessive behavior or something like that?

Good luck

They probably won't do any touches until after your Biometrics appointment. It seems to be the trend that after Biometrics things get rolling again (either a transfer or they start touching and send you an interview letter).

This is sort of OT, but if they deny you for something like that, do you have to pay the fees all over again?
