I reapplied after they denied my first AOS bcs of incomplete vaccination and actually not sending them form 693A.

anyway i re-filed i-485 and

sent it march 3

NOA march 12

NOA letter march 16

bio letter march 17

bio appointment march 30

RFE email march 21

RFE sent back march 30

bio done march 30

Nope,all I saw was a touch on the 26th (which was my birthday :D) which is the letter date.

I think your touch was the biometrics coming.

oooh - you're right! Just got a call from the lawyer's office saying that they received my biometrics notice for Saturday, 4/7! It's likely that I got a notice in the mail as well, but I haven't been home to find out...

October 2005: Met online playing World of Warcraft

December 19, 2005: David flies to America on VWP to visit

February 26, 2006: Married!

March 14, 2006: Filed I-130 ... by itself. Oops.

June 21, 2006: I-130 approved

March 12, 2007: Mailed I-485 package

April 5, 2007: Biometrics

May 30, 2007: Email notification: EAD approved!!

June 4, 2007: EAD received!!

July 24, 2007: Interview 8am APPROVED!!! Day 133 from filing. Emails for card production and welcome letter.

July 25, 2007: Passport stamped

August 6, 2007: GC in hand

Got another touch today, so a small update thus far,

March 2nd- sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 13th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail

March 17th- TOUCH for EAD.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

March 29th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 31st- TOUCH FOR AOS/EAD

April 2nd- Tax info took longer than expected to arrive so, RFE INFO to be sent back in the morning.

That is how things look for me at the moment....

I hope everyone else is progressing along nicely,

We finished the biometrics today. It went really quick, there was only one other person getting the biometrics done. The I-485 was last touched on 3-23 and the I-131 and I-765 were both touched on 3-29 and today. Good luck everyone :thumbs:
