Pregnant and waiting interview

My husband and I filed AOS from a tourist visa in Nov. 2015. We have his EAD and he has been working for a few months now. We are just waiting for an interview and in Denver they are running 11-12 months post filing for interviews.

Our question is, I am pregnant now and we are wondering if we have to tell immigration before we get to the interview or just tell them when we get there? If they go 11 months or more, we may have already had the baby.

If we do have to tell them before, how do we do that?

Thank you in advance!

you don't have to. your's guys case is identical like mine/ours. i was the beneficiary and my wife was pregnant(few weeks) during the time of AOS interview. i had some story cooked up so as to how to break the news to them during the interview in order to put a positive impression since we all know how it is but we did not get a chance to do that. we were in and out in few minutes. Also, if you are concerned about the timing between the interview and the baby, i am sure USCIS will be courteous.

Thank you for the information. I am not too concerned about the timing, perhaps we can do an infopass to inform them if we haven't had our interview by mid September. Thanks again!
