Use middle name box on I-751 form, or only use "given name" field?

Hi all, I posed about this a while back: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/548720-name-on-i-751-form/ but I thought I'd post again now that I'm actually filling out the form. My wife's foreign passport has a hyphenated given name, (e.g. Ying-Wen), and on our original green card application we used a hyphen and only put the name in the given name fields on the applications. I only found out upon receiving her social security card and green card that USCIS does not allow hyphenated first names. So on her green card her name looks like "Ying Wen Tsai" (this is just a fictitious example and not my wife's legal name, BTW) and on the green card it looks like "Ying W Tsai"

So when filling out the I-751, do we put the "Ying Wen" (with space but no hyphen) in the given name field? I assume that the "Wen" has not become a "middle name" and so we should not use the "middle name" field no the I-751. I have a receipt for her immigrant fee which shows the "given name" as "Ying Wen" and in the middle name box it says "NMN" I am pretty sure this paper was generaged by USCIS software and not written by me, although I can't remember exactly.

Anyway, thanks for any guidance you all have!

Yes youre doing it correctly if she has no middle name. But both parts of her first name in the given name location.
