I didn't get an email so I called NVC when FedEx said that the package was delivered. When I called, the lady said that their emailing system is down, so if you want to make sure they got your documents I suggest calling.

They probably didn't scan your documents until yesterday, so now that they have all the documents and the fees are paid, you just have to sit back and wait again. NVC will email you when your case is complete. Or you can check CEAC and look out for the 3 N/As

Hello everyone,, we sent our AOS and IV packet at 31 Rochester Ave Suite 200 Portsmouth but someone told me that it's not the right address they say SUite 100 not suite 200..Is it true??Do we need to send another packet to NVC Suite 100??Thanks

whats 3 n/as ??????

When you log into CEAC, right now you should see under AOS fee & IV fee "PAID" and under IV application "COMPLETED." When those three suddenly change into "N/A" it means your case has been completed, so you can call NVC for confirmation. I've been on the look out for mine since I sent my documents... I log in everyday just to check hehe. :P:D

As I've said before, case complete will take at least 30 days from your scan date (assuming you don't get a checklist), and then an interview date depends on your country. I would expect to wait at least another 2.5-3 months... I would be happy if it's sooner than that.

Yes, 2.5mon total, so that includes the 30 day review time at NVC until the actual interview date. Of course that is just a rough estimate. But I don't want to get my hopes up for a quicker process.

well we paid everything and are waiting for an email so .....I got the email from them saying that they got our paperwork and its a 30 day since the day hey got it so friday will be 15 days so far

oh ok I see thanks well do you how many interviews are usually conducted at embassies for an immigrant visa per month

did you call or what you are waitng for an interview date right ..?

well we paid everything and are waiting for an email so .....I got the email from them saying that they got our paperwork and its a 30 day since the day hey got it so friday will be 15 days so far

I don't know how many interviews each embassy holds per month... I believe it changes, depending on the country. Some people can get an interview as quickly as a week after CC, while others have to wait 6mon.

It hasn't been 30 days for me yet... Just on day 18 today :( We're really close in scan dates so hopefully we'll both get CC around the same time! :)

USCIS Process:
Sent I-130 (via USPS): February 20, 2016
NOA1 hardcopy received: February 26, 2016
NOA2 approval text & email: May 6, 2016 (71 days from NOA1)
Petition sent to NVC text & email: May 11, 2016

NVC Process:
Case number and IIN Assigned: May 26, 2016
Choice of Agent (DS-261) completed: May 27, 2016
AOS Fee Invoiced: May 27, 2016
Pay AOS Fee: May 27, 2016
AOS Fee appeared as PAID: June 2, 2016
IV Fee Invoiced: June 3, 2016
Pay IV Fee: June 3, 2016
IV Fee appeared as PAID: June 6, 2016
IV application (DS-260) completed: June 7, 2016

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)
