Hello everyone

wanted to ask a couple of questions if anyone can help I would be grateful ...

1.) What documents do they want at NVC list ..?

2.) Does the police,court records need to be certified copies...? as well as birth certificate ...?

3.) How long till you get the case number and IN number from NVC?

I just made normal copies of the originals and that was fine

what do you mean copies...?

I wanted to translate the birth certificate and police records

It depends it could be as little as 2 months but it could take 6 months or even longer

If the birth certificate and other documents are in the same language spoken in the country where your interview(consulate) is at no translations are needed

Guys i send my hole documents in feb 2016 and my visa category is F2B...and my priority date is 1 JAN 2009...but the most painful matter is that i didn't get any interview schedule letter from NVC..??...can u guy's help me to know how much day i have to wait for interview
