My understanding is to just go ahead and pay the two online bills with the old GUZ number without emailing them for enrollment and new GZO number first?

I can't speak for your visa type, but for my mother-in-law we paid the AOS and IV fee bill and submitted the IV application. A couple days later they sent an email indicating that the GUZ number had changed to a GZO number. We didn't have to do anything. Hope that helps.

Called NVC last night and confirmed the invoice number would not change with the change of case number(GUZ or GZO), and no need to send the enrollment email before paying the bills. Thanks for your reply!
