Hi everyone,

I have question about K-3 Visa that I applied for my wife.

I recently send I-130F, and received I-797C notice of action which included receipt number and statement saying your case has been received.

Can I consider this as 1st NOA of I-130F to apply for I-129F K-3 Visa?

If anyone who been through the steps and kindly explain, that would be so helpful.

The K3 is obsolete, and usually administratively closed at NVC stage. Do you have a specific reason why you are trying to get it?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
