hi Ken88,

Im about to submit change of status for my wife and a bit confuse about form I-693.

Before my wife went to the interview in HCM. She only did her medical exam but no vacination. When she received her visa and the sealed package, there no mention about vaccination in the US.

What do i need to do to get the vaccine so i can file for green card

To what I have learned, you must have all vaccination complete before you can apply for AOS. You can either take vaccination in Vietnam or in the US but make sure all require shots are done and then you good to go (Make sure to take the DS 3025 Vaccination record and transfer to I693)

That's how it works in Vietnam. Middle name will always go with first name with middle name being in front. It's totally normal, there's no need for you to do anything. During POE, they will put it like that on the system as well but you will have no problem entering the US.

Dnt know if I will run in trouble but I currently put.

Nguyen for last name

Hoa Thi for first name

So, it comes Nguyen, Hoa Thi for both my ds-160 and appointment letter.
