Hi,

I am an October filler. I still haven't heard anything and when I called today their systems are down :( Their online E-Request systems said they will check my inquiry on June 7th!!!

Does anyone else from August , September, October filler have heard why it's taking so long? I seems everybody who filled in October and in CSC got approved and I am freaking out that they lost my application or something.

Hello Everybody,

I am also an October 2015 filer of I-751 (conditions removal), the same issue: no update on my case from the USCIS. I called them a week ago, they said they are reviewing May 2015 filers at the moment, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Does it mean I will have to wait another 5 months for my application to be processed? In that case I have a new problem: my 1-year extension of the green card expires in October 2016 - what if the USCIS still hasn't processed my application by that time? I asked this question to the USCIS over the phone, the person said I should schedule an Infopass appointment with an immigration officer in this case (I can't apply for another extension by mail).

Any suggestions or advice, what shall I do in this situation?

Thank you in advance!

Did you also file at California Center?

If your card expires, or 3 months before it expires, File for naturalization (if applicable). I plan to go to the immigration office by my state with an infopass appointment to get a stamp in my passport that serves as extension.

I am really scared that they lost my application..

I called them again and they placed a service request on my behalf and told me to check in 2 weeks. I also place a service request via their website but it says to call them June 16th which is a month away! That's why I called them right after.
