how to know my priority date/visa bulletin date

can someone please help me by explaining on how to know you visa bulletin date because my i130 was long filed in july 2014 and was approved in 25th feb,2016 . someone should please help me know when my visa bulletin will available.

If you get your CC And waiting for interview call then whats the significance of PD to become current? I heard that it has nothing to do with the PD.
