the age gab between my wife and I is 3yrs.she is older dan me,I wana ask if that wount be a problem on my interview at the Ghana embassy.secondly we meet online for a year before meeting each other in person and got married on our frist meeting when she visited me,wana know if that will also be a problem.thanks

that's not an age gap, an age difference is 15 or more years, 3 years is nothing nowadays

the other one is the big issue and can be a red flag, how many times have you met since you married the first time you met?

Getting married on the first meeting is a red flag though.. How many times have you met since and for how long? Did she bring any family and friends to any of the visits, and has she met your family?

It's not the age gap (or lack thereof) that you should be concerned about being scrutinized for. It is the marriage during first meeting.

Also, Ghana is a very tough country to get approved from lately.

Yea she came wit her auntie in 2014 when we got married and my interview is in June and she will be cuming wit her auntie again and her best friend the end of May and yes she meet my parent.

My interview is next month at the USA embassy in Accra Ghana I will like to know if it's important to go wit my wife's tax papers as she has already submitted it to the nvc

No, if they don't ask for them, you don't need to bring them. Besides if the needed the tax forms, the petition never would of been sent to the embassy.

I meet my wife on Facebook in February 2013. We chatted til she decided to come to Ghana in August 2014,we got married when she came and she started failing for me since 2014 and now my interview is in June.she is come to Ghana this may for the 2nd time and this time around for she came wit her best friend and auntie.i wana know if my case is good to go and what are some of the question am I to expect and thirdly parent are always not around when she comes so we don't have a photo wit my parents.so pls I need assistance from members on how to go abt it

Every case is different and therefore it's hard to predict what questions you will be asked. They will ask you questions about your relationship, how you met, questions about your wife and the wedding, possibly things about the evidence submitted, etc.

Not to discourage you, but the fact that you got married during her first visit is a red flag, especially at the Ghana Embassy which is a very difficult embassy. There have been several people on this site who were recently denied for that very reason. Combine that with your wife having only visited once in nearly two years, you can expect some tough questions. Face-to-face time is highly valued at this embassy

Am a little bit discourage when I read that getting married on ur frist meeting can be a redflag.my interview is just next month and my wife came in 2014 and she is back this 2016.any advise for me

Don't be discouraged. Remain positive. Present as much quality evidence as you possibly can. You have to prove to the CO that you are in a real relationship so show that in your evidence. I wish you all the best and pray your interview goes well next month. Remain confident and you will do fine.
