Where to stay in Montreal

Hello everyone. I am doing research on places to stay that are close to the consulate. Any advice would be appreciated Thank you!

Also use trip advisor for the most recent reviews of some hotels. Depending on your length of stay you may want something with a kitchenette or you may want something right next to the consulate.

I liked the courtyard Marriott, fast internet, I was able to get revised documentation printed out in advance of my interview [the public pc's and printeres for hotel guests are open 24h on the 2nd floor]

2 starbucks within a block, the US Consulate is across the street.. there's a shoppers/pharmaprix with photo printing capability a block north of the hotel and lots of restaurant options within short walking distance.

I basically took a cab from Trudeau airport to the marriot and back out again. No car rental /car2go/uber needed.

If youre going downtown you can take the bus. Takes the same time as a cab and is like $10.
